Basic Information

Immersion heaters are used for heating liquids and gases and incorporate the virtully indestructible tubular element welded or brazed into a mounting fitting. Theses fittings include pipe flanges, tube sheet, pipe thread screw plugs and typical configurations are Flange Heaters, Screw Plug Heaters and Over-The-side Heaters. The metals sheaths include Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, incoloy and other Specialty Metals for the purpose.
